Update Your File
The Child Development Resource Center Child Care Switchboard collects detailed information from child care programs for our database. We use this information to make child care referrals to families who call us looking for child care. It helps parents find appropriate child care by accurately representing your program and helps you connect with families that are looking for the care you offer. It also helps local and state child care advocates gather information on child care in the area.
There are two ways to update your information. You can print the form, complete the information and mail or fax the data to the Child Care Switchboard. You may also update your information through an online form. Please update your program information as often as needed to keep your information current.
